A delivery fee of SGD 6.00 per order is applicable for delivery within Singapore. Delivery period is within 2 to 5 working days from the day order is placed. This delivery period applies to ready-stock items only. Pre-order items will be advised accordingly. Personalized item will require up to 5 working days for delivery.

Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company or customs.

Customs and import duties may apply, and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for current charges so that you are aware of the charges to expect.  

 

The daily delivery order cut-off time is 3pm (GMT+8), Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization.

Overall, we aim to dispatch all orders within 60 hours on Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) with the exception of sale period where this may take up to 72 hours.

We require a signature upon delivery of any of our products. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to receive the product (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us. •iPay88 - Accepts Visa or MasterCard issued by any major bank in Singapore.
•PayPal - Accepts American Express, Visa or MasterCard issued by any bank worldwide. Kindly take note that PayPal may charge a one-off processing fee upon confirming your credit/debit card for the first time.
